I moved to this beautiful area with my husband and tiny tots 7 years ago. One visit and I was hooked. As lifelong Virginia natives, we had no idea what to expect but were up for a new (and sunny) adventure! We quickly made friends and found a church home. We were immediately accepted into this tight knit community. Our children are now 10 and 9 years old. I couldn’t think of a better place to raise them. My kids play outside with their friends just like we did as kids! 

We are so much more than our sugar white beaches. Things I love about our area and reasons to call this place home:
