Get to know Chris...
First and foremost, Chris is a servant at heart and treasures Jesus. His life demonstrates this reality, being an adoptive father to two beautiful young girls, (who are both 10, but not twins...we can have a conversation if you're intrigued). Growing up in Michigan, Chris' parents served in Christian camp ministry, so this allowed Chris to develop the habit of serving others. He serves as a Guardian At Litem volunteer for Walton County and has helped coach the Seaside Middle School girl's basketball team. Chris loves to run and bike any trail in South Walton, but his favorite is Watercolor, and he still loves basketball, so you can catch him playing at the local gym. He loves to paddle board on Western Lake which connects to Grayton Beach. Some of his favorite places to eat are Shunk Gulley (the best Mahi sandwich...if you like cilantro), Thai Elephant (for the local locals), Pescado (for brunch), and Mr. Gyro Hero (food truck in Seaside...tell Barak Chris sent you!). You might stroll past him eating his lunch in Cerulean Park in Watercolor.
Moving to Destin in 2001, Chris has a unique understanding of the pulse of real estate, especially being the Sr. Advisor, for 15 years, at Fuller Insurance. His relationships with builders, developers, business owners, lenders, title agents, etc., provide knowledge and expertise that is rare. This experience and expertise allows his clients to trust him, fully. Because Chris' goal is partnership and not sales, he will be honest, confidential, and detail-oriented, providing personal care to help you make the best decision on your real estate journey.
