Jon Lyons

Jon Lyons is a lifetime local to the Florida Panhandle and founded Live 30A Real Estate in 2019. Live 30A is a "purpose driven" real estate company, where every home changes a life for good. We dedicate 25% of company profits to making an impact. 

 

Jon has 10+ years experience in real estate  locally here at the beach and loves spending time outdoors with family enjoying the area, traveling, and creating.

I am married to a wonderfully joyful creative (her name is Fantasia) and we have a pup named Foxy. We live out near the bay (just north of 30A) and love spending our free time creating, renovating, writing, learning, and enjoying God's creation. We love taking walks along the many trails around the locally protected forests and state parks, paddle boarding on the coastal dune lakes (and on the gulf when it's calm), and setting up picnic sunsets around 30A. 

 

We love eating at restaurants like Stinky's, Thai Chiang Rai, Redfish Taco, Chanticleer Eatery, Red Bar, The Bay, Fish out of Water, The Hub, Edwards, Pescado, and of course - The Donut Hole. 

 

I absolutely love the 30A area, the lifestyle that made it so wonderful, and the people that make the community. Years ago, the locals and officials made a few decisions that would forever set "30A" apart from the rest of the beach community crowds -- they preserved much of the land in protected forests and state parks like "Grayton Beach State Park", "Topsail Hill State Preserve", "Point Washington Forest" and more. They put together ordinances that would keep density lower, and keep all buildings around 50' of height or lower - effectively eliminating towering developments and high-density projects - protecting the integrity and beauty of the area, and string of communities we now affectionately call "30A" 

 

My unique experience that I bring to the table is a combination of my 10+ years in the local Real Estate market, years of brokering 100's of properties across 30A and the area, and a heart to help families truly enjoy this area and family and friends.
