Welcome to Seaside
An iconic beach town that embodies coastal living
Seaside is a famed beach town nestled along the white sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle and Highway 30A. The master-planned community sits on 80 acres, conveniently located between Destin and Panama City Beach. One-of-a-kind architecture, color, and coastal charm come to life here.
It's often referred to as the birthplace of the New Urbanism architectural design movement. This urban design method promotes environmentally-friendly habits by creating walkable neighborhoods. The community has received many accolades, including "Best Beach on Earth" for families by Travel + Leisure Magazine and "Top 10 Best Beaches in Florida" by USA Today. Its pastel-colored houses, architecture-designed walkways, and iconic whitewashed post office served as the backdrop for The Truman Show.
